No IBS Program Tapping Tutorial:



This is the tapping tutorial for Module One of The No IBS Program. In it, Kathy demonstrates the technique you’ll use throughout the program. If you are frustrated with waiting for “Them” to solve your health problems, this is one of the most important self-healing skills you’ll ever learn.

You will also learn how to tap to help yourself fall asleep and sleep through the night. If you don’t have trouble with sleeping, practice the tapping with Kathy anyway so you will learn where the tapping points are and become comfortable with using them. This is a flexible skill and you will learn many ways to apply it to reduce pain, anxiety and other symptoms as you work with each module.
